These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the McHenry County Bandits website. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility & Registration
This site and its forms are intended for adults. If you register a minor for tryouts or programs, you represent that you are that minor's parent or legal guardian and are authorized to provide their information and agree to these Terms on their behalf. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Tryouts, Programs & Fees
Tryout and program details, dates, locations, and fees are subject to change. Registration and any payments are handled through third-party providers and may be governed by additional program policies (including fee, refund, and participation rules) provided to you separately. Submitting a registration does not guarantee a roster spot, which is determined through evaluation by our coaching staff.
Assumption of Risk & Separate Agreements
Baseball and athletic activities involve inherent risks of injury. Participation in tryouts, practices, games, and tournaments is governed by separate waivers, releases, and participation agreements that players and their parents/guardians complete with the organization. Nothing on this website replaces those agreements.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or use it to harass others or infringe any rights.
Intellectual Property
The McHenry County Bandits name, logo, and the content on this site are the property of the organization or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Team photos and content are used to represent the program.
Photos & Media
Photographs and media from team events may appear on this site and our social channels. The use of a player's image is governed by the media/photo release provided through the organization's registration process.
Third-Party Links & Services
This site links to and embeds third-party services (such as GoHighLevel forms, a payment processor, and Instagram). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization and its coaches, volunteers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
